I offer a wide range of voiceover services, including commercial voiceovers for radio and TV, eLearning modules, documentary narrations, explainer videos, character voices for animation and video games, and more. - How do I book you for a voiceover project? You can book me by sending an email, using my contact form, or by calling (507) 391-WILL. I'm available for both direct bookings and complimentary auditions to ensure my voice is the perfect fit for your project.
- Can I direct the session remotely? Absolutely! I'm equipped to conduct sessions with clients worldwide via Source-Connect (Standard or Nexus), Zoom, Skype, a simple phone patch, and can accomodate most other software-based connection options with advance notice. This allows you to direct the session in real-time, ensuring the final product meets your exact requirements.
- What is your turnaround time for a voiceover project? My standard turnaround time for most projects is 24-48 hours, depending on the length and complexity of the script. Directed sessions could be longer, as we have to find a mutally opportune time to schedule the session. Self-Directed commercial voiceover generally is available within 24 hours. Timelines for automotive and political tend to be short and I am usually able to accomodate much quicker turnaround when needed. If you have an urgent request, please let me know, and I'll do my best to accommodate your timeline.
- How do you deliver the final voiceover files? In short; however you prefer. If we do a directed session via source-connect, your engineer will handle recording. Otherwise, final voiceover files can be delivered in your preferred format (MP3, WAV, AIFF, etc.) via email, Dropbox, Google Drive, or any other file transfer service you choose. I typically use WeTransfer if another preference is not specified, as I've found it to be very reliable and am alerted when you've retrieved the files. Whatever method we use for hand off of files, I ensure all files are high-quality and meet the technical specifications of your project.
- Do you offer revisions? Yes, I offer revisions to ensure the final product aligns perfectly with your vision. The first round of minor revisions is included free of charge. For extensive changes or new script additions, a fee may apply. We'll discuss all details before starting the project to ensure clarity and satisfaction.
- What are your rates for voiceover work? My rates vary depending on the type of project, usage, and length of the script. I follow industry-standard rates but am always willing to discuss your budget and project needs to find a solution that works for both of us. Please contact me for a custom quote.
- How can I ensure the best possible recording quality? I record in a professional, acoustically treated vocal booth, within my dedicated home studio space, ensuring broadcast-quality audio for all projects. My studio is equipped with high-end recording equipment and software to deliver pristine sound quality.
- Can you provide a custom demo for my project? Yes, I'm happy to provide a complimentary custom audition using a portion of your script. This allows you to hear exactly how my voice fits with your project before making a decision.
- Do you sign non-disclosure agreements (NDAs)? Yes, I understand the importance of confidentiality for certain projects and am willing to sign NDAs to protect your proprietary information.
- Do you have an AI clone, or do you voice for Text to Speech and other AI projects? No. I do not have an AI voice clone, and I do not lend my voice to text to speech or other AI projects, nor do I grant permission for my clients to clone my voice. You can rest assured that whenever you hear my voice, it was recorded live, and never artificially generated or manipulated.
